The YouLeader who gets this job will have as responsibilities:
  • Manage and implement successful paid search and paid social campaigns, demonstrating revenue goals, efficiency, and volume;

  • Audit search and display efforts of potential clients and provide insight as to how ROI can be increased;

  • Plan and manage social media channels (organic) internally, and for clients;

  • Manage day-to-day operations that make each account successful;

  • Understand and manage creative campaigns to improve ad performance, quality CTRs and lead generation

  • Work with Designers and/or Developers to optimize landing pages for optimum quality scores and create branding of banners, etc. for key data capture

  • Ensure evaluation and tracking is in place to monitor campaigns - A/B testing setup and tracking

  • Understand display advertising on networks, outside of Google

  • Identify opportunities to grow leads and improve profitability of campaigns

  • Consult on landing page optimization and testing recommendations for campaigns

  • Managing budget allocation and planning for Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns

  • Contribute to campaign performance reports, using data to tell stories, and provide actionable insights for team members as well as clients

  • Develop keyword advertising copy, keyword terms, and campaign strategy following search engine specifications, guidelines, and best practices, while meeting client objectives on key performance indicators

  • Utilize analytics and reporting to extract insights from campaign data, identify relevant trends, and provide well-developed proactive recommendations to enhance and exceed overall client search marketing goals and objectives

  • Generate and present campaign performance reports and communications for clients, including the ability to analyze data and performance, and suggest optimizations as needed

  • Interpret client requests and translate those requests into actionable business activity

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEO best practices; act as an evangelist and trainer for external stakeholders on SEO trends, tools and tactics

  • Remain current with industry trends while continually leveraging new tools and industry best practices to boost efficiency of search and social paid campaigns.

  • Understand digital marketing and content development; ability to strike a balance between SEO tactics and brand voice/editorial nuance

  • Support SEO/content optimization across all digital channels

The ideal candidate brings the following skills:
  • Proven track record of similar digital marketing role or campaign management, and can demonstrate improving performance and ROI

  • Proven track record of using biddable media to acquire, engage, and nurture users throughout the funnel;

  • Experience with Google Display Network, including remarketing and contextual advertising

  • Experience with paid social campaigns - Sound SEO knowledge

  • Thrives on results-driven success

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results oriented environment

  • Project management skills with attention to detail

  • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate strategies for clients

  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and power point

  • Excellent reporting skills & KPI driven approach

  • A minimum of 2 years in similar role (preferably in agency environment)

  • Marketing or Communications degree

  • Fluency in English

  • Great team spirit

  • Google Adwords Certified (preferred)

  • Google Analytics Certified (preferred)
